By accessing or using the Spektro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

[02] Description of Service

Spektro provides an autonomous intelligence layer for data center operations, offering real-time triage, root-cause analysis, and operator-ready documentation (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, postmortems) via read-only API integrations. Spektro does not write changes to your infrastructure.

[03] User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring that the API permissions granted to Spektroalign with your organization's security policies.
• Reviewing and approving any operational artifacts (SOPs, MOPs, change tickets) drafted by the platform before execution in your own tools.

[04] Professional Use Only

Spektro is a professional B2B tool. You represent that you are using the service for professional infrastructure management and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

[05] Limitation of Liability

Spektro provides recommendations based on live telemetry. We are not liable for infrastructure downtime or data loss resulting from unchecked automated actions or erroneous source-of-truth data provided by your integrations.

[06] Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, particularly for violations of these terms or non-payment of subscription fees.

[07] Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spektro is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
