[01] Introduction
Spektro("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our platform and website. We prioritize data sovereignty and minimal footprint.
[02] Data Collection
Our platform is designed as an agentless intelligence layer. We collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Name, professional email, and billing details provided during signup.
- Integration Metadata: Read-only access to your infrastructure metrics (Prometheus, Datadog) and topology (NetBox) required for triage.
- Usage Data: Anonymized interaction logs to improve architectural reasoning and tool performance.
[03] How We Use Data
We use your data exclusively to provide our autonomous triage services. This includes correlating live telemetry with your infrastructure records to identify root causes. We do not sell your data to third parties.
[04] Data Security
Spektro employs industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). All integration permissions are read-only. Operational artifacts (SOPs, MOPs, change tickets) are drafted for operator review and run in your own tools. Spektro does not write changes to your infrastructure.
[05] Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and improve site performance. You can manage your preferences through your browser settings.
